Return, Refund and Warranty Policy
FireKer provides a straightforward, hassle-free return and exchange service, provided that the buyer presents valid and complete proof of purchase.
- Return & Refund Policy (30-Day No-Reason Return)
- Within 30 days of purchase, undamaged products are eligible for a full refund for any reason.
- Products with visible wear, damage, signs of use, as well as free gifts, are not eligible for return.
- Returned products must include all original packaging and accessories.
- If the order includes free gifts or discounted items, they must be returned together with the main product. If only the main product is returned, the refund amount will be deducted by the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of the free gift/discounted item.
- All returned products must be in their original packaging.
- Return requests that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected.
- For returns due to non-quality issues, the buyer shall bear the return shipping costs and must provide a valid return shipping proof.
- For returns due to non-quality issues, FireKer will only refund the cost of the product itself.
- The 30-day return period for pre-ordered products starts from the shipping date, not the order placement date.
- It is recommended that customers contact customer service (email: firekerservice@hotmail.com) before initiating a return to confirm whether return is the most suitable solution.
- Once the returned product arrives at the warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process will be arranged. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase, and usually takes 7-10 business days to complete.
- Exchange/Repair Policy (Quality-Related Issues)
All products sold by FireKer are covered by a comprehensive exchange/repair service for quality-related issues, starting from the date of purchase:
- Exchange: Within 180 days
- Repair: Within 365 days
If a product is discontinued and cannot be exchanged or repaired, FireKer will provide a product of similar function with equal value. If the customer refuses this option, a partial refund will be offered based on the product’s usage period.
The warranty period for the exchanged or repaired product will be the longer of the following two periods:
- The remaining warranty period of the original defective product;
- 3 months from the date of exchange.

- Items Not Covered Under Warranty
- Normal aging or wear from regular use (including battery capacity reduction, product color fading over time, etc.).
- Products without valid proof of purchase.
- Lost or stolen products.
- Products that exceed the warranty period.
- Non-quality issues reported more than 30 days after purchase.
- Free gifts or products obtained through promotional activities.
- Products repaired or modified by third parties.
- Products damaged by external factors.
- Products damaged due to misuse (including but not limited to drops, exposure to extreme temperatures, liquid damage, improper operation, etc.).
- Products purchased from non-FireKer distributors.
- Liabilities Not Undertaken by FireKer
- Data loss caused by the use of FireKer products.
- Products accidentally returned by the buyer.
- Personal items or irrelevant items sent back.
- Costs incurred from unauthorized returns (any return initiated outside the official warranty process).
- Losses caused by misuse of the product; if compensation is applicable, the amount will not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
- Other Important Notes
- This warranty policy may be adjusted in accordance with legal requirements, internal company policies, or product updates.
- This warranty policy only applies to products purchased through FireKer’s official channels.
- If the return, exchange, or repair process provided by FireKer is followed as instructed, FireKer will be liable for any loss or damage during transportation. However, FireKer will not be liable for cases where the FireKer after-sales process is not adopted, incorrect products are returned, or empty packages are sent—and no refund will be provided in such cases.
- For returns due to non-quality issues, the buyer shall bear responsibility for any damage or loss during transportation. FireKer will not provide refunds for products damaged in transit under non-quality-related warranty claims.
