  1. Delivery Time
  • Unless stated otherwise on the product page, orders are usually shipped within 1-2 working days. Delivery times may vary slightly by region.
  • Please note: For orders placed during holidays, delivery may be delayed due to courier service suspensions during holiday periods.
  1. Delivery-Related Instructions
  • Signature Required & Redelivery:
    If your ordered item requires a signature and you are not available to receive it, the courier will either leave the item with a neighbor, place it in a safe location (if you have designated one), or take it back to the courier depot to arrange for redelivery. The courier will leave a notification card at your door to inform you of their visit and the action taken.
  • Shipment Tracking & Order Inquiries:
    Most orders are eligible for shipment tracking information, which will be provided proactively if available. If you need tracking details, please contact us. If your order does not arrive within the estimated time, please also contact us for further information and guidance.
  1. Orders with Multiple Items

If an order contains multiple items, the items may be shipped from different warehouses, so their delivery times may vary.

  1. Delivery to Multiple Addresses

If you wish to have items delivered to different addresses, please place a separate order for each item/address.
