Order Issues?
- If you need to modify your order or cancel it for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will handle it properly for you.
- We can modify or cancel your order as long as our efficient warehouse team has not yet shipped it.
- If your order has already been processed by the warehouse, there’s no need to worry – our return process is easy to operate, and we will be happy to assist you with the return.
- If you find that the delivery address for your order is incorrect, you can also send an email to firekerservice@hotmail.com, and we will do our best to update the address information for you!
- If the order has been shipped and the address is incorrect, we may not be able to redirect the delivery and will not be liable for any losses incurred. Therefore, please be sure to contact us as soon as possible!
Want to Track Your Order in Real Time?
You can log in to your account, go to the "My Account" section, and select "View Orders" to track the entire process of your product – from processing by the warehouse team to handover to the courier company. If the logistics information is not updated for a long time and you are eagerly waiting for the product to arrive, simply send us an email, and we will follow up on it for you!
